Myrtle’s End (Yellow Frame)

$500.00

This product is to purchase the original 260 Harrison (Green House) piece. If purchased, special hanging will be required for it not to tilt away from the wall. I’ve created a laser cut french cleat to assist in hanging. I’m happy to assist you with a plan. Shipping will be extra if that is required. Alternatively, meeting at a mutual location in Manchester or Nashua, New Hampshire is an option. I recommend the Unchartered Studio Space at 84 Brook Street in Manchester or Positive Street Art at 48 Bridge Street in Nashua.

Description

Myrtle’s End

There is a ski hill in Manchester city proper. It provides a decent hike to challenge my feet with when the snow has melted away. The path to access it is a muddy mess and blocked by metal poles painted yellow. Depending on who last traveled the path from Myrtle Street to the hill, the poles are either upright blocking vehicles, or laid across the mud for the children on the way to school. These poles are seen blocking motorized vehicle access to walking trails, but when on a non-traditional bike can be rather narrowly placed. When over the mud, they are helpful. When upright at the entrance, they only block the nervous people.

Extruded Steel, Strathmore Bristol Board, LED, St. Petersburg Watercolors and plywood.
